Compliance & Regulatory Records: Smart Code is subject to various global regulatory, tax, and legal requirements. To comply with these obligations, we maintain certain records, including transaction histories and core communication logs, for a period of seven (7) years. Following this period, Smart Code will securely delete or anonymize such data in accordance with applicable laws.
